Pallie H. This was my first time getting car insurance and leaving my dad’s policy. Now i did a bunch of quotes for insurance companies and Rosie gave me the best rate I could find! We spoke on the phone about my customized insurance plan and she made sure to make me aware of every possible discount I qualified for. She made an experience that typically isn’t enjoyable, enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely funny! I’m really glad I chose state farm and that Rosie was extremely helpful to me throughout this whole process, she even explained thoroughly what each thing added onto my policy will do for me.

Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.
