Penny Mason I have known Jimmy and Nancy for more than 40 years and they are genuinely caring people who will go out of their way to take care of their customers. I recently had what was going to be a significant increase in my homeowner insurance policy. Jordan Wright, an associate at the Norman Agency worked until she found coverage I could afford and that still offered the coverage I needed. I am so grateful. I would, and have, recommended them to friends and family. I don’t want a policy that I bought online. I appreciate that if I have questions or issues I know who I’m talking to and trust they’ll look out for me.

Elaine Bell and I personally was will informed about the policy I would be getting and the rates was fine. They are very nice people there. Always willing to help to fine you a reasonable rate. When it was time to fine another insurance company they understood...there was no back and forth confirmation. Been with them a couple of times. And I like his name Cade...lol

However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!
