L.A. Insurance - Houston (TX)

Ruston Raybon Ive been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time Ive needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done. For instance I submitted a receipt from a locksmith for getting my car unlocked. My agent, Mike Johnson, said hed get it taken care of. I just got reimbursed... 3 months later. That was after a dozen follow up phone calls, emails, and voice mails with mike and very little return communication. When I worked with Mike to get my home insurance adjusted it literally took 5 months... it should have taken a couple weeks, but he just wouldnt follow through with anything. I had dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails trying to get him to take care of me. Ive had similar experiences with other agents. Theyre nice, they say the right things... but nothing gets done unless you call them every week for 3 months.

Flatlander84 Ben was the best and I trust him completely. He took care of me and I really felt like he was looking out for me above all else, not just what I thought I wanted, but explaining all my options so I would have full knowledge of what I was getting.

Jen Hart Daneb is such an amazing agent! She’s so helpful and goes the extra mile to explain things and curate the perfect policy. Joel is also very very kind and supportive. This is a solid team and in the midst of inflation I was considering switching to a different company but I am staying for two reasons; my rate would be around the same with a different company and the customer service is unmatched at this office! Thank you Denab and Joel for the years of amazing service.

Stephanie Arredondo My husband and I attended this event to show our support for our daughter Elizabeth Salazar. It was a blast, and we had fun along with so many other energetic happy faces! This place was very nice and clean, well maintained! Love there was a shower and private room for dressing!
