1 /5 Misty Woodard: Fred Loya Insurance is a scam. I have reported them to BBB. On July 3rd, 2025 I got a quote and because I had insurance with them before they said I could get insurance for less than $400 a month. They told me everyone had to bring their vehicles up there with tilted and DL. We all left work to make arrangements to go up there so they could get pictures. After being there for 3 hrs of them taking pictures and me signing all paperwork they tell me my insurance would go up double because they found there was a claim. I said no there was no claim. My son sold that car and the guy had gotten in a wreck. They told me to get a letter stating that there was no claim from the old insurance company. So on July 7th ,2025 I contacted the old insurance company and they emailed me a letter. I called Fred Loya and told them I got a letter could we get insurance. She said yes and that they would need to get pictures again of the vehicles. So my husband went up there first after work and then calls me and says they are now saying we would still have to pay double because the girl enter the mileage wrong on my vehicle. I said no, not once did she ever tell me that! So I went up there and asked to speak to the manager. The manager did not help. Both girls in the office were being very rude to me and my husband. I don’t think they were ever going to give me insurance for $400, they were coming up with all excuses for us to pay more than double!
