5 /5 DIANNE REILLY: Erica was absolutely amazing. I called her, urgently seeking full coverage for my brand new 2021 Ford ecosport. Now, this ypung lady didnt know me from Alice, aside from the one other time I spoke with her a week prior, about insuring my old car. I explain to her that I was a caregiver that worked overnights and time was of the essence as I was losing sleep by sitting at the dealership waiting. She was as fast as Ive ever seen anyone in making it happen for me thanks so much Erica!

1 /5 Jason Munguia: The employee Anna helped me and my mom turn our policy from liability into full coverage and add another vehicle onto the plan. We payed the fee and left the building. While reviewing the plan, I noticed it said liability only. We went back to the building and the manager benny is now there trying to help file the paper work . We asked for a print out of full coverage and it turns out that she charged us only to ad a new vehicle for liability and didnt even upgrade to full coverage for any vehicles. When we told her boss that, he said that we must have heard wrong and then she said that she didnt tell us that any of the full coverage. So they basicly called us liars and then we needed to remove our information from the data base. We did this because we lost trusting the company. Anna needs more training and benny needs to have a heart for customers. We are no longer doing business with them.
