Laura Contreras Fred Loya Insurance is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a disgrace — rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a careless company. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Marquice Hernandez was one of the worst — completely dismissive and condescending No empathy, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and left out to dry when it matters most, Fred Loya is the one for you. Otherwise, RUN the other direction.

Peggy Flores Hilda Gutierrez great customer service she helped me with renewing my insurance she had a lot of patience back and forth until everything was done correctly. She is a sensational person and I would recommend you all try getting insurance with this company perfect deals and great customer service I give it 5 stars . Jenzad Jenzad Geramy was great, he got me a quote in relatively quick manner. He was able to quickly make adjustments I wanted while giving me feedback on the things being changed. Also I appreciated that he gave me quote even though I didn’t directly request from them as I was looking at other carriers. So it was a welcomed surprise given I didn’t have to jump through calling someone or all that, using info available publicly they were able to generate a competitive rate.
