Eugene Taber UPDATE: I have to amend my original review, as it is excellent to get a phone call from the name attached to the agency and have an hour conversation about a number of topics. He understood my concerns and addressed every single one of them. We went with this agency at the recommendation of our lender and realtor during the process of purchasing or house. At first they were great. But as we renewed we noticed the rate was rising, and then this last renewal our amount went up a full 25% for no reason. I called the office and left messages with no response. We are currently shopping for a new insurance agent since no one will contact us back. Also, never once has Dustin Paine ever contacted myself or my wife personally. We have only spoken to the agents that work for him.

Lucrezia Morris Lina there at Alpha was amazing she went above and beyond to find me the most suitable ins quote there was out there I really appreciated that because before I called them I was sent through the ringer the outraged quotes and certain companies wanting to put ppl on my policy that dont drive my car it was unbelievable but when I called Alpha my worries were put away Lina took charge and got me the best quote I heard all day I was very thankful for talking to her she is amazing good at what she does and cares about ppls pockets at the same time she wasnt just put for money thanks again Lina
