1 /5 Paige Velazquez: Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. No one is able to help, respond, or properly explain an increase. Stay far away from here.

2 /5 Kyle Hessler: Very disappointed in my agency inability (or lack of effort) to try to advocate for me and my family. No claims filled. Payment issues from my mortgage company have resulted in payment penalties. The agency did very little in the way of trying to work with my or assist me in this situation. The problem was not their fault, but their lack of any customer service is extremely disappointing. I was dealing with Farmers directly and not their agents if they arent going to help.

5 /5 Eugene Taber: UPDATE: I have to amend my original review, as it is excellent to get a phone call from the name attached to the agency and have an hour conversation about a number of topics. He understood my concerns and addressed every single one of them. We went with this agency at the recommendation of our lender and realtor during the process of purchasing or house. At first they were great. But as we renewed we noticed the rate was rising, and then this last renewal our amount went up a full 25% for no reason. I called the office and left messages with no response. We are currently shopping for a new insurance agent since no one will contact us back. Also, never once has Dustin Paine ever contacted myself or my wife personally. We have only spoken to the agents that work for him.

5 /5 Joe Martinez: First Dustin as an owner is about education and that same mantra going through his team end to end. They took their time to help me understand my coverages more then just the price but what happens in those oh sh*t moments!! Their service team comes through ever time and agents always answer my question!

1 /5 Jesse Alvarenga: I have never had really any problems with this office as I worked with the same person since the beginning (Teri). However, that quickly changed when I called on a random day to get something changed. I spoke with somebody new and apparently what I needed was never done. Over a year later I am still trying to get the issue fixed. I am extremely disappointed in the way this office has conducted business, and because of that I will never come to Farmers again. I have always heard great things about Farmers, and for the longest time I did believe it to be true. It is extremely unfortunate that their office is not capable of admitting a mistake on their behalf, and it had cost them a customer that was willing to pay whatever increases came my way. I truly hope that this office gets it together.
