5 /5 Gigi: Ive had insurance for over a year and service has always been excellent. Mike is so customer service focused and really doesnt try to "sell" you on anything you dont need. He takes the time to educate and give you options. He is very transparent about pros vs cons to every option. It doesnt matter if you have a $5000 car or $50000..he treats you like a VIP.

Ive dealt with a ton of providers but working with Mike Ramos of Best Buy Insurance is hands down the best experience Ive had. He always answers, even on his days off, and he always gets my clients the best deals and as expediently as possible so they can hurry and drive their new car off the lot. I wouldnt recommend anyone else if you are looking to get great insurance and great service you should definitely give Mike a call

5 /5 Michael Carubelli: Insurance is a very standard business. You either have it or you dont. You qualify for this, or you qualify for that. With this, the only thing that should highlight one personal agency to another, is quality in professionalism. People buy from people. Not only have I been with Best Buy for +10 years, but most recently had a very serious issue with my provider. I called Best Buy and was very fortunate to work directly with "Mike". Ive never in my years dealt with someone directly who really helped me as if it were his own personal policy he was fighting for. We dialed in together, stayed on hold more than we should have had to, even the big company itself had a complete system failure, but he stuck it out with me. We saw the issue resolved till the end and he really went to bat for me once it was all said and done. This all during COVID-19 especially, it was beyond greatly appreciated. Id put this little agency up against the biggest and baddest in Killeen, TX. True to their profession and polite the entire way through. Cheers always to this business, "Mike" especially.
