2 /5 brian black: Ive had these guys around 3 years. Got recommended to them by a friend at work but he has a different office. This review is only for the waxahachie office. My first agent was a really great person and helped me out a lot. Got into a wreck and didnt really know what to do as far as insurance and all. I called him up and he answered. Told me he wasnt working with farm bureau anymore but hed gladly would help. Thats the service I first was welcomed with. The agent that followed him was honestly harder to get a hold of than a wet bar of soap. I needed something looked into on my policy because farm bureau was saying they were gonna drop my truck. Couldnt ever get a hold of the office or the agent. Finally had to call the office in ennis for assistance. I even had to take a day off work to go up there and talk to them. And still had no answer. Said theyd call and never did. Terrible service. Submitted a request to cancel my insurance through the ennis branch and they emailed my agent (because I couldnt contact them) and was never canceled. Here i am again, having to leave work early to cancel something that should be able to be done over a call or email.
