If you’re looking for support and direction directly after an accident I would look elsewhere. Like most, My mother has been with Timberlake for years and has spent thousands of dollars annually. I am overall displeased with the service provided by Timberlake. It seems when you need them most they are no where to be found. I would look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Anyone can take your money. It takes a special person to understand what it’s like to be in your shoes after an accident and genuinely want to help you. Accidents are difficult and a helpful agent can make the process smooth.
Amy, was very unpleasant and unhelpful when my mother called for assistance. Amy didn’t ask if my mother was hurt or if she needed assistance filing a claim. Amy was insensitive and down right rude.
Most people don’t understand the claims process and calling your agent is usually your first thought after an accident. Timberlake, I hope you invest money and time into training your employees on empathy, respect, and urgency.
