Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.
