Jim Rose Bob really helped me out, so many questions about the different plans in the Medicare program. This vs that, you get this but not that. I watched a lot of YouTube videos, but they were not as informative as Bob was, we all sat down and looked over everything. You would do yourself good to get Bob to help you weed through the Medical jungle.

Our agent is Jacky Maldonado and she is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In fact, Jacky gave us some quotes a week ago, we shopped around and specifically went back to do business with Jacky. If you have insurance needs, Im recommending this office.
