I was lost, as this was my first ever claim, but the whole staff in that office helped me with all of my thousands of questions. Didn’t matter what time of day it was they got back to me fast and made sure I understood the whole process. I can only imagine what a nightmare that claim could’ve been if it wasn’t for Mallori, Spencer, and the whole team! I highly recommend them!

John Montgomery There are people who will sell you insurance everywhere. All you have to do is write a check or use a debit card, but I want to make sure that you understand that these people are the best. They, in my opinion; set the standards that every insurance company should strive to meet. If it wasnt for the people who work for Tim, I wouldnt have insurance today. There has been at least 3 incidents that I have had problems financially and they have went the distance and more to make sure that I have the peace of mind and the knowledge that I am insured and that if anything happens, I am covered. I personally thank them for all they have done for me. If you are looking for insurance, for people who actually care, then this is the place to go.
