I meet with Matilda today to transition my insurance to a new vehicle I purchased yesterday. The flow of each step was easy and fully explained. Matilda’s superior and excellent customer service made me feel comfortable, confident in my choices, and I knew what to expect for monthly auto insurance payments. Happy Phantom David was awesome! I called late, thinking it was going to be a hassle to get a new policy quickly but he took care of me right away.
