1 /5 Chelle: I had a truly awful experience at this location. After being assured by three different agents over the 1-800 number that I could easily obtain my most recent declaration pages (last six months) by simply walking in and requesting them, the staff at the 10th Street branch refused to help. They repeatedly insisted I would have to wait a month, even after I explained that their information was completely contradictory to what other Fred Loya agents had told me.
The customer service here is frustrating and unhelpful. Valeria, who I spoke to on the phone, kept repeating the same nonsense without offering any solutions.
Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue hassle-free at the Pharr location, where I received excellent service from Silvia, a professional and kind representative who handled everything promptly and efficiently.
Avoid the 10th Street branch at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go to a location where the staff actually know what they’re doing.
