5 /5 Addie Crenshaw: Call Eric McShannon if you find yourself like me having to navigate the Medicare Insurance system for your elderly parent. I was so lost trying to add a prescription plan to my moms medicare insurance. I received letters from her Insurance company about LEP and the social security administration saying her bendits were reduced because she had a give back plan before I changed it. Eric was so knowledgeable. He explained what was happening. He showed me the plans available in my area and went through them with me so I could decide if I had chosen the right plan for my mom. Eric knows what he is talking about. He will even travel to you for an in person meeting. If dealing with health insurance is overwhelming, confusing, and stressful to you, this is the person to call.

I had called the Oklahoma SHIP Program and the woman there had an overview of the Medicare/ Medicaid/ Medicare Supplements/ Medigap and Medicare Advantage Programs but was not very informative. I called Eric and he explained it all to me and answered all my questions. He got me signed up and now I am covered! He sure knows his stuff! I would highly recommend him!
