1 /5 Francisco Palacios: Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.

1 /5 Devin Coleman: I was hit by a woman that was covered with Fred loya insurance, almost a month in and these clowns offer me bare minimum on what my car is worth (8,550-10,066) they offered me $8,700 even tho my car has a $3,200 vinyl wrap, an $1,100 upgraded stereo, a $400 LED underglow kit and $2,600 aftermarket niche wheels. I told them I’m not satisfied with their offer and they told me to send comparison vehicles around my area. Come to find out in my are the same vehicle is selling for 10k-18k and one was selling for 13k with 30,000 more miles than mine!!! This is the worst insurance I’ve had to deal with so far!! Lawsuit will be filed if they do not come up with a better offer, I’m not going to let them screw me over.

1 /5 Bryan Marsh: Asked for an extension on due date so i could wait for direct deposit on payday. Was told yes, no problem we can wait till the 6th. Which is tomorrow. Well they didnt do it and overdrafted my bank account. Will be my last month with them.

1 /5 Derick McDonald: Fred Loya has failed to cover my daughters accident which happened over 3 months ago. She was hit by an I dividual who is covered by Fred Loya insurance. They wont return calls, message recorders drop before finishing messages, etc. My daughter and I have been calling at least 2-3 times a week. It has been very frustrating. It appears that are attempting to NOT cover the costs & hope we go away!

1 /5 Dalton Mandel: The insurance company has lied to me, I set for automatic payments to be set on the 16th of every month and the representative told me that she would do so. Today is August 2nd and I just got a text saying they were drafting the money from my account in 3 days. I was told last month that they do it 7 days before the policy which also doesnt make sense as this month they would have charged me 11 days before my actual policy was due. Completely unprofessional and bad business practices.
