Each insurance package he looks at he will sit through with you and go through each section in detail until you fully understand what you are receiving. He will always have the best interest of his clients and is extremely transparent and honest to the point it will not always benefit him which is very rare in an agent. He is very responsive and reachable even at odd hours and if there are any issues you have with the insurance company itself, he will speak to them on your behalf and fight for you and offer wise advice. Above all he is very pleasant to speak with, always cheerful and happy, and will never appear annoyed when you contact him for help.
