3 /5 Cheryl A: First and foremost, they have great insurance rates. I have 3 cars on my policy (liability only) and pay $115.00 a month- with a ticket, and lapsed time, on my record. My down payment was also very reasonable at around $120. I have no complaints about any of that. However, trying to reach any local office is damn near impossible even tho the phones roll over to whoever can answer. Ive called at all times during open hours and Ive, literally, let the phone ring 20 times before hanging up. I also dont like that theres no online pay option for after-hours. I DO appreciate that, when I do speak to someone to pay my bill by phone, I type in my CC # myself rather than giving it to the representative. For the love of all things good.... yall please figure out the phone issue. I dont know if people just dont want to bother with a call or what but Ive never walked into an office and had to wait to be serviced so its hard to believe that out of 4 local locations no one can answer the phone.

They are hands on, I even called at the last minute to get my insurance card emailed to me while I was already pulled in to get my inspection done. I couldnt find my card on my phone or glove box & I received it in less than a min Great staff !!! Valley Mills location is where I go.

1 /5 Tina Salinas: I gave one stars because the representative, Maria, who helped my spouse and I was excellent! She tried the best to give us the best quote! But on the other hand Stephany was extremely rude ! She didn’t welcome us when we arrived, she just told us sit down. Another Man came after us and stephany was going to take him before us and asked the man if he is making a payment. while’s he was explaining, stephany cut him off and said never mind we will take y’all (pointing at us) first. As Maria was helping us, she asked us a question, and at first, we was confused so,she was explaining to us but stephany cut off Maria and said “nuh uhh we don’t do that anymore” so Maria try the best to help us to get the best quote.We asked Maria a question and she didn’t know the information so she asked Stephany and stephany ignored Maria. Somebody have to put her place before someone who will not tolerate her attitude will.

5 /5 Adriana Salazar: I went to the N. Valley Mills location & Ms. Maria the assistant store manager was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I knew when to come in for my renewal and how much I’d have to pay the month before. I’ve been doing business with AMAX for going on 3 years and NEVER had any issues. My I durante rate also dropped from 100 and something to 78$!! If you need liability or full coverage I WOULD GO WITH AMAX!!! Ms. Maria to be exact!!!!

1 /5 David Robb: Used A-MAX 6 MO.have( 4 cars) I have a clean driving .paid up front. They raised policy for no reason and over charge Me.I cancel and they charge ed me $50.00 to cancel when u try to call by phone they dont answer. Went to Direct Auto and saved $ 300.oo When you need service you will see how they really are. David Robb Axtell Texas.
