3 /5 Cheryl A: First and foremost, they have great insurance rates. I have 3 cars on my policy (liability only) and pay $115.00 a month- with a ticket, and lapsed time, on my record. My down payment was also very reasonable at around $120. I have no complaints about any of that. However, trying to reach any local office is damn near impossible even tho the phones roll over to whoever can answer. Ive called at all times during open hours and Ive, literally, let the phone ring 20 times before hanging up. I also dont like that theres no online pay option for after-hours. I DO appreciate that, when I do speak to someone to pay my bill by phone, I type in my CC # myself rather than giving it to the representative.
For the love of all things good.... yall please figure out the phone issue. I dont know if people just dont want to bother with a call or what but Ive never walked into an office and had to wait to be serviced so its hard to believe that out of 4 local locations no one can answer the phone.
