5 /5 Nahum C: The staff is really friendly, and act quickly when you have a claim. I had a claim for hail damage to my home. I called the office and a claims agent called me the same day. After shopping around for an insurance company, I found that Germania offered the best rates as compared with other insurance companies for the same type of home. You cant find a better insurance company for the money. I am really glad I found Pratus Insurance Services. Definitely recommend to others.

Mindi, Charlie, and their staff are very friendly, prompt, and careful in every interaction weve had. They build relationships with their customers - not just collect premiums. They are not tied to ONE insurance company, so can provide you with comparisons. Wed highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for super coverage at great prices. :)
