Sam DeViney Sean Mertz Allstate has an excellent staff that is very responsive and efficient. I am the type of person who likes to do most things electronically (through email or an app). I do not like talking by phone or driving to an office. Seans team has always very quickly and efficiently responded every time I have reached out to them, even before I was a customer. They very quickly quoted and put into place home and auto insurance for us and we have also had a claim processed. This was all done electronically. Pricing is good and they are very good at customer service. I highly recommend them.

She was able to find the best rates for me and took the time to explain to me what kind of coverage I would be getting with each policy instead of just giving me a generic policy.
