Brianna Norris I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!

Create a jewelry store where 90% of the merchandise is fake and cheap, but sell it in high-end shopping centers for a premium markup hidden inside lots of bright lights and color patterns! Genius!!! I dont get it... but Im a guy. Girls seem to love it... so who am I to give it less than 5-stars. Well done, Kendi, well done!

Amanda Baker I have gone to Diamond Direct in Baybrook a few times now. For 3 separate jewelry sizes and repairs. Every time I have gone I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I thought maybe the first time I came was because they are in the business. But absolutely not. They truly care about your happiness and value. Hector sized and polished a very personal piece of jewelry for me. I would recommend him for anything that honestly means alot. Because just awhile ago my grandmas necklace broke and he repaired it with respect. He takes the time to make sure your jewelry fits comfortable and your happy. If you need new or old jewelry sized. Not only that, but they go out of their way to make my rings fit me even with my huge arthritic knuckles. Jim Bartlett is not just a jeweler, he is an artist! These are my most recent acquisitions. Aren’t they beautiful? This latest picture is of a beautiful gold bracelet and the diamonds move. There’s also a beautiful pink and diamond ring and a gold and diamond bracelet. I most recently bought these pieces and they are really beautiful!
