I saw Johnathon / Texas Family Insurance recommended in a local Facebook group and gave him a call (while also getting quotes from 3 others). Long story short, he absolutely earned my business - not just on rates, but on honesty, professionalism, service, expertise, candor. He is exceptionally responsive and has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the process of switching insurers. I cant say enough about the value of a real live local agent, but in particular the value of our neighbor, Johnathon, looking out for us.
