Tracey Wood Tom Dutkas has been our agent for many years. He is very good at answering questions and discussing insurance options. When we flooded during Harvey, he and his team were there to provide support and deal with the claims. He went above and beyond to get escalate issues and get us resolutions. He did right by us and you cant ask for better. I highly recommend him.
