When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance! angie boshoes Im not sure what happened, I got a letter stating sorry to hear you want to cancel your policy , I never tried to cancel. I never spoke to anyone until I called about the letter. The whole discussion was confusing, they even played a recording of the person, not me, who called to cancel. I told them it wasnt me. They didnt seem to be concerned about that. Im alarmed and may get insurance elsewhere. Just need to be with a reputable company. This is sooo ridiculous. After reading a lot of reviews, sorry I didnt read them sooner..
