William King We have used Farmers Insurance for almost 25 years, and 4 years ago we chose Farmers Insurance for our daughter’s home as well. We have invested a lot of time, blood, and sweat into our house and ranch, it’s home to us and our family. As a firm believer in doing things right the first time, I can say with great confidence that Farmers Insurance has been a pretty solid choice. Many agencies have told me, “We can do better!” Yet, each one has failed. I have paid A LOT OF PREMIUMS to Farmers Insurance, and they have paid out for several claims that would have turned our lives into turmoil without their help and support!! It’s nice to get what your promised when you buy something, like Farmers Insurance. The BIG difference is the years of experience and customer service I have received from the Farmers Insurance Agent, Jason Garner and his long time support staff Tina, that will do everything they can to make your life just a little bit less stressful. Forget the migraine medication, just call them up!

Cary Madsen Mr.Bowman has Been my go too for motorcycle and vehicle and House insurance for years. He Always finds me the best price and very quick to return a call. I would recommend him to anyone that is searching for a Great insurance agent !!!

Angelina Farmer Ive had Progressive since 2017 and have no complaints. Had a drunk hit our SUV on St Paddys Day in 2023 and it was taken care of quickly and with us out of the country. Rates are good for my area as I dont live in one of the more expensive areas hit hard by inflation. I guess people dont realize that Progressive also have to pay medical bills and repair or replace bills at the inflated rate. Parts for some older vehicles are harder to find. It was cheaper for them to total out my 1995 SUV then to get it repaired. People act like COVID didnt do anything in regards to manufacturing, and it really did and were going to be feeling this for a long time. And yes, we did have inflation all over the country that raised the price of medical, vehicle parts, and services. Progressive does not get a wild discount just because they are a big insurance company. Also people should probably check their emails from Progressive instead of ignoring them. If you go paperless for that discount, it means that you have to read the emails as you have agreed to do digital instead of paper (its literally what paperless means) so no, they arent going to send your cancel notice in the regular mail because you signed a contract to get it in your email. And the customer service reps can see what has been sent where. And so can you on the app or website if you actually go through the motions to set that up. Are all reps or adjusters equal? Of course not. There are some bad actors and you should let the company know directly about those bad actors instead of or in addition to airing it out on the internet. Just remember all calls/chats are recorded and they have no problems doing internal investigations on anything. And they certainly will.

Not only is she soooo accommodating being kind enough to always meet you halfway even if it means getting to her office earlier or staying later just to help her customers out but she is soooooo professional! She treated me and my policy like it was her own, always making sure I was covered and taken care of. Also very great at explaining coverages and giving me answers to all my questions. She always picks up the phone when I call and is quick to help me with whatever my needs are! If you’re looking for an insurance company who cares, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
