Lucrezia Morris Lina there at Alpha was amazing she went above and beyond to find me the most suitable ins quote there was out there I really appreciated that because before I called them I was sent through the ringer the outraged quotes and certain companies wanting to put ppl on my policy that dont drive my car it was unbelievable but when I called Alpha my worries were put away Lina took charge and got me the best quote I heard all day I was very thankful for talking to her she is amazing good at what she does and cares about ppls pockets at the same time she wasnt just put for money thanks again Lina

Esteban Carballo I have had a bad experience with this company. They added an administrative fees to my loss runs without a payout to any party. On top of that the charges were below my deductible. Commercial companies be aware and try to stay away.

Tanya Barrios I can’t tell you enough how helpful this agency has been. I am not usually a high maintenance customer but I have had a lot of transitions going on in my life which has required several changes with my policies. For instance, in the matter of three days my son’s car went from being fully insured to rated as stored to being sold so the policy ended. Then we had to add a new policy for a new car on the 4th day. Marcie Henderson has always been cheerful in her interactions with me. I can call her or text her, and she gets right back to me. She is amazing! The customer service is top notch! Bonus is that I saved money when I switched to Farmer’s after being with my old company for five years.

Maria Allen I haven’t always had the best experience with personnel here, but 5 stars for Lance’s service. I was very close to changing insurance companies due to adding another car and not feeling like i could get both covered for a reasonable price. It was almost 5p when i called and Lance stayed on the phone with me to run quotes and get my second car insured. And at a reasonable price. He was so helpful. Thanks again!
