1 /5 Barry BRUNER: We were asked by Brad to make an appointment, to come in to the office and complete a conversation of questions about our specific needs. Upon arrival, we were a few minutes early and asked to wait in a conference room by the entrance. As time neared our appointment time someone came in the door and caught him (Brad Crosswhite who was approaching us) and they went into his office. We could hear them talking as the person who greeted us came up and acted surprised. She commented about hearing them talking and assumed it was us, he was talking to, and turned to go see what was going on. This was 5 minutes now into our appointment time. To me this is NOT a very good first impression and I dont care to do business with someone who requires an appointment and then takes someone walking in first, leaving us to wait.
