Each staff member values me not only as a customer, but as a person. Addie Castillo is my main Customer Relations Representative. She is so knowledgeable and professional and goes above and beyond. Other staff representatives who have been part of my nearly 50 year journey with State Farm are also excellent examples of what a stellar business should be like. They don’t leave you the policyholder hanging. These people are prompt and will make sure you understand what you have and what you need. Their claim service has always been top notch. I have dealt with other insurance companies and some of them have been a complete nightmare compared to State Farm.
