When we flooded during Harvey, he and his team were there to provide support and deal with the claims. He went above and beyond to get escalate issues and get us resolutions. Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
