Sherri Forrest I was referred to Griselda Lucero at Tim Sherwoods Allstate Insurance office and she was wonderful! She helped me with a quote and treated me like it was her absolute pleasure to assist me. She made me feel like she was grateful that I reached out to her instead of making me feel like I was bothering her or that she didnt have time for me. She got me the quote the same day and the pricing was super competitive. Im so glad I reached out to Griselda and will refer others to her because her service is impeccable!

Angela Mendoza I went in to get a quote and the change my policy. My policy always gives the agents trouble since I have been with the company for so long, but Denise and the other agent (sorry I forgot her name) were so helpful and patient. I was their first customer and they even offered me breakfast with homemade flour tortillas! Who does that?! Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me, not their fault, but the service was excellent and they were so friendly!

Michael Muncell Kim is absolutely the BEST. Kim puts her customers first. She does and outstanding job. Tammy does an amazing job. Tammy has helped us with many policies. Tammy is absolutely the best. Great Team!

Jesse Dryer Ms. Amy Frank is an A+ employee. Kudos to Ms. Frank. I called her to set a cruise up for me with about two weeks notice. She said shed get right on it. I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.

Sarah K Renee and her staff are always courteous and quick to help. I felt I was treated more like family, instead of a customer. I can see why my Dad switched insurance companies. Highly recommend!
