I am not usually a high maintenance customer but I have had a lot of transitions going on in my life which has required several changes with my policies. For instance, in the matter of three days my son’s car went from being fully insured to rated as stored to being sold so the policy ended. Then we had to add a new policy for a new car on the 4th day. Marcie Henderson has always been cheerful in her interactions with me. I can call her or text her, and she gets right back to me. She is amazing! The customer service is top notch! Bonus is that I saved money when I switched to Farmer’s after being with my old company for five years.
