DeMorris Angelic Choirs A couple of weeks ago I accidentally vacuumed my chain and cross into my vacuum. I couldnt believe what happened. I was totally devastated. You see I gifted myself this particular piece of jewelry in my 5th year of being Breast Cancer Free, that was 20 years ago. So needless to say it was of Great Sentimental Value. My Heart was broken. A dear friend told me about Reiners and her experience with them. I wasted No Time getting to them, maybe just a matter of a couple hours. I was greeted by a very nice and caring person and explained what had happened. Initially she couldnt tell me if it could be repaired but she Immediately took it to the Jeweler. Even from where I stood I heard her repeat my Story and I Heard the Jeweler exclaim: Holy S**t! When I heard that I immediately thought to myself : All was lost in spite of how Great my friend told me they were. The person that was helping me return to tell me that the Jeweler said he would look at it and would contact me in a few days. I hadnt even gotten out of the neighborhood when I received a call informing me that the Jeweler could fix it but it wouldnt be as before. For me that was an Emphatic YES! Whatever could be done, Please do. Fast forward, I asked for an estimate of the repair cost which was $350/$450 and I thought No amount of money could replace the Value it meant to me. After my approval of the Estimate I was told it could be ready in 2 weeks and they did not disappoint on Repair nor Timeline. I Picked it up yesterday and was Totally Blown Away! I looked Better than the day I bought it. BEAUTIFUL!!!! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Thank You Reiners for Restoring a Piece of me that I Never want to Forget... My 5th year Breast Cancer Experience (as I get older Forgetting is getting Easier). Every 5yrs I gift myself a New Jewelry Piece and from This point on ALL of my Jewelry will go to: Reiners Fine Jewelry.

I wanted to have a simple look, and they accepted the challenge. They far exceeded everything and will continue to come back for my jewelry needs.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.

doorsgirl100 My husband and I have been clients for almost 30 years and we have always loved the watches and Jewelry we have bought there. The personalized service is amazing. However, recently my parents suffered a catastrophic fire and lost everything. We were able to find a few pieces of my mom’s jewelry. They were in terrible condition. I brought them to Luxor and they have been able to refinish them for lack of a better word to pristine condition. I am in awe of the talent it took to do this. I have included a before and after of one of the pieces.

Alise Saunders 16 years ago we got our rings from Dubins Fine Jewelry, a family owned and operated business. My husband had my ring custom made, and its stunning! Its unique, well made and people are always so impressed at the design. I had my husbands ring made there also, a more standard multi-stone ring with engraving inside the band and a few exterior details. The rings havent had a single issue. This year we had them cleaned, buffed and polished, and a few minor repairs. They were so amazing to work with once again. Everything was clearly communicated, easy to send and receive the rings via mail, and easy to pay. Their prices for the original ring purchase was very reasonable. The updated appraisal and minor repair fees are really nominal, especially given the work quality they perform. We wouldnt think of using any other jeweler on the planet. No matter where we go, they are our family jeweler.

Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya!
