1 /5 george martinez: Came in after work and wasn’t even acknowledged. Totally avoided even when standing in front of them. They were greeting people and offering help to the people who came after me. I was in my work clothes and to them it seemed I wasn’t worth their time I guess. Very disappointed and will never step foot in that store again.

5 /5 Robin Armstrong: The ladies at this location were so very helpful today (4-18-25 around 3 pm). I ordered three necklaces online for myself and my daughters for confirmation gifts. They were engraved and two of the charms were switched to the wrong length of chain. Laurie (?) and another associate took them right to the back and switched them for me, then proceeded to place each one in a lovely gift bag. Their amazing service is appreciated and will be remembered. I will come back to this location—thank you, ladies!

5 /5 Michael Heron: Was assisted by Laura B. when it came time to look at a gift for someone very special in my life. Laura was very attentive, knowledgeable, and informative! The designs and products are fantastic, but this particular location was especially exceptional due to Lauras kind help and sharp recommendations. Ended up actually getting a gift for someone else as well during the same visit! Very appreciative of the quality gifts I located, and particularly appreciative of the help Laura provided to hone in on the right ones. Would highly recommend stopping in!

1 /5 Linda McClay: I was there on a Tuesday before noon. There were two clerks and a long line. There was no one on the floor who could answer questions. I was there to purchase 3 charms VERY POOR service. I will do my shopping at Avery in Kerrvillle
