PANDORA Jewelry - The Woodlands
Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered.
During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived.
If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.
