Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Marquice Hernandez was one of the worst — completely dismissive and condescending No empathy, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and left out to dry when it matters most, Fred Loya is the one for you. Otherwise, RUN the other direction.
