She was able to find the best rates for me and took the time to explain to me what kind of coverage I would be getting with each policy instead of just giving me a generic policy. I truly feel that I was taken care of. She was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel dumb. She is very knowledgeable in the field and is great at what she does!

The company I work for and United Insurance Agency have a mutual client. Hang and I were collaborating to resolve an issue with another company.
