1 /5 Manuel Lopez: you have to be behind them for renewals, you send them to quote new policies, they dont do it, I referred them another business, they are still waiting for their call, if there is no attractive business they will not care about you, the last thing was they let the policy expire, they were going to call me to take the payment, they never did, I do not know about insurance and licenses, but thanks to them I received a fine to my company of $ 1000, they are only moved by money, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you want to be in good hands, they are not the right agency, an insurance agent must ensure that their client is well advised to avoid setbacks, they are only insurance sellers, as an insurance agency, they do not advise or provide service to anyone.
