From finding the best solutions, tailoring the coverage, explaining the options, while wrapping it up quickly and affordable, we have been more than satisfied! Over the course of 8 years we’ve loved how personal he is with our family as well and how he always has our best interest in mind. We have recommended him to several friends and love that if we need anything, he is a phone call away.

1 /5 Arlis Hall: Jeff is happy to work with you as long as youre pay the insanely high rates that they like to charge. My insurance premiums went up thousands of dollars in the course of just a couple of years. As soon as I told Jeff, I wanted to cancel everything.He would no longer answer emails or was available for a phone call. Do not do business with this company. I found much better coverage with both progressive and USAA.

5 /5 James Arnold: Katie Flowers has worked with us to meet all of our insurance needs. For a while we were with a big insurance company that had no one on one customer service and it was not very good. If you had a problem you called a 1-800 number and talked to a stranger. It has been nice to feel like the service is personal and that Katie is working for us to get us the best deal on insurance. I highly recommend Katie to anyone shopping around for insurance. She makes it easy and will take care of you.

2 /5 Sarah Wilson: Jeff is a nice guy but is hard to get a hold of and has sourced me the wrong insurance for my house type twice. I am paying WAY too much for car insurance and when asked to find me other options, he ghosted. I only havent cancelled because I havent had time.
