The bank associates and manager were concerned there may be foul play due to her age, but ultimately handled the transaction in a very professional manner. Im actually grateful they took the time to be concerned and did their due diligence in a courteous way.

Amy Dollard Worst banking experience ever! Start of mortgage process told our broker the property had a lake lease and requested this be reviewed and would not be an issue, we were assured it was not. 3 months later still not closed. We received 3 different closing dates, so 3 days I took off from work, each time something wasnt done so there was no closing. Final time we had the closing date including time but received a call being told we had been denied because of the lake lease..... yep, the same lake lease discussed at the beginning of the process and had been assured would not be an issue. Wasted months and hundreds of dollars.
