1 /5 Jessica Cleveland: I only like Wells Fargo because you get paid two days early. That is the only reason. This particular branch is absolutely impossible to get ahold of through the phone. You have to go into their physical location and even then they aren’t welcoming or informative. Wells Fargo as a whole is an awful bank, we’ve all seen the lawsuits, need I say more? Regardless, this location is no exception to the bad reputation that WF holds.
5 /5 Jesse Alonzo: I hardly ever go inside the wells fargo branch, but today I had the pleasure to meet Sonya. I express to Sonya the reason of my withdrawal for the day we were planning to make a money bouquet for my daughters birthday. Sonya right away cheerfully said that she would do what she could to give me new bills in order to make bouquet standout. She came back and to my surprise she gather new bills neatly and made sure what she handed me was crisp new bills. Sonya went above normal customer service and I applaud her for that. Sonya if you read this keep up the good work.

1 /5 Marisol Torres: I went in today to the customer service section without an appointment. Didnt really know one was required. I been with Wells Fargo for 10yrs & we use to be able to just walk in & sign a notebook to be seen. The lady made it seem like i was unimportant because No appointment. She told me to call the 800 so they can help me. Waste of time. She finally helped me but made it seem like she was doing me a favor. Im glad i closed my account down.
5 /5 Roy Hahn: I took my elderly mother to this Waxahachie branch for a cash withdraw. The bank associates and manager were concerned there may be foul play due to her age, but ultimately handled the transaction in a very professional manner. Im actually grateful they took the time to be concerned and did their due diligence in a courteous way.

Lana Adams I have been coming to Paris to Paul and Lynn since 1980. They are the best!!!! They are so knowledgeable and always have my taxes done very quickly. They have such a great support staff as well.
Patricia Smith We opened an account here since we moved here. They helped open it & was done in no time. No complaints there. We didnt have an appointment either. Was in town & just decided to stop by. It is in town on the main street. Has 1 atm & 1 drive up teller (watch out for the weird curves in that area) I dont get why they didnt cut the curves out. And no I didnt hit them but I can see how people can. Let me say the biggest problem here, it is that there is no music! It feels like a funeral home...wait no...more like a morgue. Because even funeral homes have music. All they would need is instrumental music (think Lawrence Welk). I understand they probably dont want to "offend" anyone. But it is uncomfortable. You could hear a pin drop or someones stomach easy! That is why they are missing 1 star. Be aware that is the power goes out in the area their systems go down for awhile afterwards.
