1 /5 Amy Dollard: Worst banking experience ever! Start of mortgage process told our broker the property had a lake lease and requested this be reviewed and would not be an issue, we were assured it was not. 3 months later still not closed. We received 3 different closing dates, so 3 days I took off from work, each time something wasnt done so there was no closing. Final time we had the closing date including time but received a call being told we had been denied because of the lake lease..... yep, the same lake lease discussed at the beginning of the process and had been assured would not be an issue. Wasted months and hundreds of dollars.

1 /5 Alex Trefney: Why have mobile deposit if it takes days for the funds to be available? How come I cant just open a business account without receiving 10 phone calls from a number that I dont know if its Wells Fargo? Were not asking me 9 million questions of all the information I already put into the application. What happened to customer service? What happened at caring about each individual who banks at the location? I only bank here because I have to. Because the stupid checks that Wells Fargos prints for the person I work for always get flagged as fraudulent unless I cash them at a Wells Fargo branch. So I have to drive 38 minutes to cash my check because of your moronic check system that you have for customers and your idiotic mobile deposit that holds your money for 10 days. Complete garbage. I will tell you in person when Im in there today that I gave you your Bank of one star just so you know who I am.

1 /5 cuneyt sarikaya: I cant believe after so many years I personally sent an inquiry to the Google that this is not Wells Fargo Bank they still include this location for WF search. Google either paid by them or they are really dumb
