Cathy K Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited. So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

Donna Allen I have banked with ffcu for probably 20 years now. I have never had any issues with anyone at the bank. They even notified me the one time( in 20 years) my card was possibly compromised. They suggested I never use my card as a debit card always as a credit card. Ive never had an issue since. Great bank, great people.
