1 /5 Todd G Rohm: This is my 3rd year using Griggs for my taxes. The first two years I had a great experience: quick return time in tax prep, I felt informed, my phone calls were quickly returned, etc. However, this year has been the complete opposite. Customer service has taken a drastic change for the worse. Its May 10 and I still havent received my state tax return. I have called SEVERAL times in the past month and a half and never once received a call back. I have emailed two or three times and not heard back. I dont mind paying $1400 to have my taxes done professionally when its too notch service. But this is a complete disaster and I do NOT recommend Griggs for tax services. I am not one who typically leaves bad reviews but I am extremely frustrated with my experience and lack of service.

1 /5 Shanna H.: Last year I tried using Griggs financial for my tax services. I sent in all necessary documents and a voided check as per their instructions. I believe I even signed a docusign document. Griggs financial neglected to file my taxes. This is their sole service. And they just didnt do the one thing they were hired to do. I tried calling repeatedly and sent emails repeatedly. I got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I finally reached out to Joel Berman, CPA, PA. He instructed me how to reach the IRS to find out if my taxes were even filed (how I discovered they were not). He took care filing my taxes. I will use Joel Berman from now on. And the audacity of Griggs. They keep calling and texting me to solicit my business. Gross financial!

1 /5 Stephen Dale: DO NOT USE!!! I have used Griggs for the past 8 years / Received a letter from IRS for incorrect taxes they did in 2016. Reached out to them many times and they never responded to me / IRS charged me $18,000 back taxes from their mistake! They never returned any e-mails or phone calls! Be Careful ... DO NOT TRUST!

1 /5 jorge liebes: First and last time I use Griggs Financial. Their people are very unprofessional. The person I spoke to in-person was ok to discuss my taxes with. But the guy I talked to on the phone seemed distracted or inexperienced. I understand inexperience but there was a lot of "ums" and "uhs" even heard him say "watchacallits" a couple times. Theyre service charge is outrageous. $200/hr and i was charged over $2K. I always file taxes on my own. I used them because I was referred by a co-worker and he said i could get back more because they always find something that one fails to claim. Sure the return was a couple thousand more than usual but ultimately ended up being the same in my pocket after their cut. Not only that but after receiving my tax return documents after all was filed and done, I noticed they had put on there that I was self employed and owned a cleaning service (which i dont) i work for a municipality and provided all W-2s. No where on the tax document does it have their name as a tax preparer.
