Infact, if it would not hurt my wifes credit score, she would voluntarily switch to a different bank. Yes, the banking industry penalizes you for switching banks. The 3 times I went here with my wife. The teller was rude. We decided to just do deposits in the drive through ATM. But this bank does not allow deposits in their ATMs. Not just this location. All locations. Rude and inconvenient. And penalized if we close the account. Beware, they talk nice when you open your account. Then its out the window.
