Susie got in the phone because I questioned how the payments were getting higher instead of decreasing and she accused my mother of getting the loan for me!!! She doesn’t even know what the hell she was talking about!!!! She’s there for a service and if she doesn’t want to do business with a paying customer then she is in the wrong business!!!!!

1 /5 Isis Diaz: Terrible, first she would constantly get our w-2 forms mixed up with some other clients forms, then she received our refund check in march and didn’t notify us until may!! Saying our numbers were no good knowing she had contacted us through phone and e mail! When we picked up the check she showed us some bogus numbers to show she didn’t have our number?? Never again worst experience

1 /5 steve godly: Absolute garbage if you need help . Needed $500 they charge $750!! Then they said it’s ok you’re out of town make your payment when you get back and they are closed on the last day and then charge a late fee . If you need money or help go else where this place will only put you in a bigger financial hole.
