Donna Allen I have banked with ffcu for probably 20 years now. I have never had any issues with anyone at the bank. They even notified me the one time( in 20 years) my card was possibly compromised. They suggested I never use my card as a debit card always as a credit card. Ive never had an issue since. Great bank, great people.

A very professional young ladies help me out with any questions I had provided me with all the paperwork that I was provided with and signatures. LaTachie Johnson Ive waited over a month for a call back on a loan I applied for.Ive even had to apply twice cause my first application got lost in there system smh tell me how that happens ill never try and get a loan from them again poor business, and still till this day I havent got any updates about my loan.
