I’ve been dreading having to make a call to FWCC in fear of being judged on my current situation. My interaction with Ray was extremely encouraging and he was so kind to me. He shed so much light onto my unfortunate situation. I cannot thank you enough, Ray.

missjaleesa20 Haven’t had a really big issue with this company, until I called customer service to ensure they had all necessary documentation to complete my claim, and the customer service representative was extremely rude. Apparently i asked to many questions.
