5 /5 Rachel May: I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews. But today I can honestly say I experienced the most incredible customer service from Ray Bush. I’ve been dreading having to make a call to FWCC in fear of being judged on my current situation. My interaction with Ray was extremely encouraging and he was so kind to me. He shed so much light onto my unfortunate situation. I cannot thank you enough, Ray.

1 /5 Kate Garcia: This review is regarding FWCCU as a whole, not this location specifically. If you are wanting to make web payments or do online banking. Do your mental health a favor and go somewhere else. I cant even put into words how awful their online banking and web payments are. Even their website is archaic at best. I truly wish my husband never opened a credit card with them. You know how everywhere in the world you can pay online and bank whenever you want, well you cant do that here. I have lost count of all the trouble we have had with their horrid web pay. Even having to travel an hour, since we moved away to make payment in person because their web pay isnt working. Last summer their revamped their payment system and still their website and web pay are awful. They need to keep up with the times and understanding that not everyone is able to bank during their hours of operation. Honestly, go somewhere, where you can bank at your leisure or when you are able to, and where the customer service department, isnt always inundated with calls, making hold times longer than 45 minutes which is a common. There are plenty of other credit unions out there, this one is truly nothing but grief.

5 /5 Leesa: If you are driving down the street you wouldnt be able to notice this credit union from your car, but this place is warm, clean, and friendly. I have an account with the bank, so I stopped by to take care of business, I walked into the building and met with the Bank Managers office to take care of my business. The bank manager offered me a seat on a chair in her office, as I sat down I looked at her desk and saw this bowl of rocks. I said these are cute and the Bank Manager said, “Please take as many as you want”! I picked up one and noted they were prayer rocks. The bank manager said, “Keep the prayers in your car, purse, or wallet that way you always have a prayer close to you”! What a beautiful way to get through the day, and receive great customer service with a prayer.

5 /5 A.A. McDaniel Hamilton: I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to its organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for my wife. I would recommend a visit to the location to see for yourself.
