5 /5 Michelle Broksas: I would like to shout out kudos to Fredericksburg TRB Manager Christine Nestor for spending an entire day downloading and emailing bank statements to me from 2019 through the present. I recently sold my home in Fredericksburg, Texas and moved to an Independent Living facility in Virginia. After closing my account in Texas, I was unable to retrieve past statements. For Income Tax purposes I needed to review checks written for improvements made to the home I sold in Fredericksburg. I explained this to Christine and she didnt hesitate for a moment . She said it would take her a day to locate and email them to me and I did receive them the next day. Where else but a small town bank with a small town friendly feel would you receive such personalized attention? I am truly grateful to Ms. Nestor for going above and beyond. I hope she is recognized for her professionalism and outstanding Customer Service!
