1 /5 LaWanna Gupton: The Manager Brenda is a very disrespectful and RUDE, individual. Shes hateful and feels as though she can talk to you how she wants. If you dont like dealing with people, youre in the wrong business. I believe you love to argue with your customers, which is so sad. Honey, you need customer service training and please understand that our payments to you, is your paycheck! Its like they always say, 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. And you will kill the business for Star Loans.

Buuuuut, Someone used my address & me as a reference but instead of calling me they asked to talk to me while talking on the applicants phone. Very unprofessional. I felt pressured to answer her questions favorably. I was put on the spot. If she wouldve called me on my phone i would not have felt pressured. ITS MY FAULT, but it was unprofessional. She shouldve called MY PHONE.

1 /5 Austin Wausn: I have been making payments for over 6 months and I got sick during covid made a payment promise for the first of the year they mest up something called me threaten me with court cause I didnt pay for December after we agreed to a payment date breda is extremely rude and unprofessional and I did this to build credit and my credit hasnt even went up at all
