I did encounter an issue with an automatic payment not going out and when I called in a panic, the bank resolved it quickly and without hassle. They took my concerns seriously, explained the steps they were taking to fix the problem, and followed up to ensure everything was in order. The bank also offers a well-designed mobile app that makes managing my finances easy. Transferring funds, depositing checks, and monitoring transactions are all seamless.
